This is a signed original full size 12 album cover and it includes the original vinyl album inside. The hand-signed signature is on the front with the'signature/inscription' on the inside being a pre-printed facsimile part of the album cover design. The cover shows the normal light signs of wear that are associated with carrying them around to get the signature(s).
