God Bless Tiny Tim signed and framed record album cover

"God Bless Tiny Tim" vintage record album sleeve signed by Tiny Tim and professionally framed in 1991. Do not know if record is inside of sleeve-it feels very lightweight, the frame has scratching and the plastic is a little foggy from over the years-please review all enlarged photos.
