CONDITION: Vinyl Record visually grades in Very Good Plus (VG+) Condition but audio playback sound quality is much closer to the Near Mint (NM) range. Record Cover is in Very Good Plus (VG+) Condition -- close to Near Mint (NM) but for some minor wear. Overall an exceptionally well preserved copy of a title that rarely appears in high grade condition. Above images are of the actual item.
